HW Creativity

New media fosters creativity on social media platforms all over the internet. Youtube has been the main video site that viewers go to for entertainment. Youtube has videos of all kind, from make-up how to's, to gaming guides, music covers, cartoons, cooking how-to's, and more. According to The New York Times, people were even making parodys of Winnie the Pooh Bear and made the characters dance to Soulja Boy's "Crank That." People usually create these videos from scratch and record their own material. Youtubers that have millions of subscribers are challenged to post new videos every week and it takes a lot of creativity to create new material. Some people even vlog about their lives everyday and post new videos consecutively.

  1. I think this is really interesting because we experience this type of creativity everyday and don't really notice it
